Hi,

I am Prashant. My biggest problem is that i seem to lose very often from a winning position. I lose points in a heap. Why is it happening?

Hi Prashant,

The first thing to understand is the feelings that you get when you are in that position.  You will probably find some changes happening in your body.

Take a look at the tutorial we have in the Sports Psychology section on Recognise Your Feelings.  As a Premium member you can also access the Activation Level video which will help with your understanding.

Finding ways to maintain an optimum activation level is the key to you moving forward with your game now.  Utilising a deep breath will be a good starter.  Then develop a good Pre-point routine.  Take a look at this Master Class on the topic. Pre-Point Routine.
