i use my wrist a lot on my backhand, but i just keep my wrist at an angle. Is this normal? should i use my wrist on my forehand, and my backhand?

Hi Karlo,

You don't use as much wrist with the forehand as with the backhand. Β The wrist movement for the forehand tends to happen in the backswing and more in the follow through for the backhand.Β
