Hi,

I like to play agressive strokes and i learned the forehand topspin and backhand topspin

But i need more accuracy, because sometimes the ball goes to the net , so how can i train it?  i need a useful method.

Thank you very much.

Hi Geni,

Take a look at our tutorial on the Advanced Forehand Topspin and Advanced Backhand Topspin.

When you are trying to hit the ball faster it is important to maintain good technique as well.

To help with your accuracy in training, put some targets on the table.  This focuses you attention on the places you want to hit the ball.  Use them for a little while and then remove to targets and see if you can maintain your accuracy.
