Strokes

Hi Alois and Jeff, I watched the video about FH top against block  and I have a doubt. I would like to understand if the arm's axis of rotation is primarily at the shoulder or is primarily at the elbow. During my training I noticed that if I don't use the forearm or I use it little, the stroke is more consistent. What is our opinion?

Hi Vincenzo,

Less forearm and wrist will mean more control but it is difficult to develop your strokes if you are tight in the elbow, shoulder and wrist.

I would focus on relaxing the arm more so that all the parts of the arm will be able to help you to make stronger strokes and develop quicker.
