Strokes
Hello. I am trying to do very effective forehand spin with lots of topspin. But at some reason, It does go over the table very often... I have tried to change angle of my racket, but it doesnt help always. So I am asking you...
Hi Anton,
Try focusing on the contact on the ball. See if you can get a more brushing contact to generate more spin. The spin is what will make the ball dip onto the table.
The banana flick has become one of the most important returns in table tennis. It allows you to attack almost any short ball and places your opponent under immediate pressure. Still it is a difficult stroke that takes a lot of practice to master.
