Coach could you teach me how to excecute the forehand smash because always when I try it the ball comes on my fingers

Hi Eric,

I wonder if you are watching the ball well enough.  It may be that you are mishitting the ball because of this.

Also take a look at the lesson we have on the Forehand Smash.  You may discover something else that will help you. 

Try doing the stroke slowly to start with and get the contact correct then speed it up as you feel comfortable.  Make sure you maintain the same technique as with the slow stroke.
