good day sir.

i've been playing table tennis for 3 years now and i always forget my forehand topspin stroke i don't know why.  Eventhough i practice 3 times a week i still forget my stroke.  i get depressed and i think i'm not improving because of this.   What can i do for this?  i need your help for this and i would be so thankful if you can help me solve this problem.  Thank you

Hi Jake,

Don't worry about it.  Just keep practicing the stroke more often.  In training really just focus on the finish point of the stroke and make sure you get it right every time.  If you do you will start to see the stroke improve.  It just takes time with this game to get things right.  Persevere.

its like my body doesn't incorporate with the stroke i am doing

Keep doing the stroke slowly and focus on keeping your body coordinated rather than trying to hit the ball fast.
