I can't get the ball on the table while playing forehand. It always goes long and misses the table. What should I Do?

Hi Shivneel,

If the ball is always going long, try to put a little more topspin on the ball.  This should get it to dip quicker and help it to go on the table.  Make sure you are finishing your stroke correctly as we show you in our lesson on the Forehand Counterhit.
