I've worked on my backhand a bit too much and am trying to work on my forehand but am not showing any improvement. This is a great weakness and I am not able to improve it. Could you suggest a way of tackling with this problem?

Hi Shashank,

Sometimes it is just the positioning at the table and the commitment to making forehands in a game that will make the difference.

Try to turn your feet position slightly to face the forehand.

Apart form that it is a lot of practice on the forehand side during training.
