I am a left handed player my backhand good but my forehand ain't that good. Most of the time all my forehand shots take the edge of the bat please give me suggestion on playing forehand better.

Need your advice if pendulum side spin serve is gonna be effective?

Hi Niranjan,

For your forehand, make sure you open the face of the bat more.  Come forward with a flatter bat and then go upwards to get a good contact on the ball.  Once you get the feel for this you will be able to get a more consistent contact on the forehand.

The Pendulum serve is a good serve to try.  It allows you to generate a lot of spin and is relative easy to learn.

Regarding a bat the one we recommend is the PingSkills Rook.  EVen though it is a bit more expensive than you want to spend, it will allow you to learn the game well.
