Forehand Loop off block near the table

Hi coach!

Today i lost the match, mostly, I couldn't do the Forehand Loop off block that the second bounce that near the table

I try do like looping off backspin and it gone out and I loop with normal off block that it gone to net

could u give me a solution

Hi Long,

Simply, the solution is more practice.  If you have the stroke reasonable, then it is a matter of being able to adjust to the slight variations of spin that you need to hit against.  This will only be subtle changes to the angle of your racket and swing.

Forehand Counterhit

The forehand counterhit or forehand drive is the foundation for more attacking strokes such as the forehand topspin or forehand loop. There are 3 critical factors:

  1. Your feet position
  2. Your start position
  3. Your finish position

If you concentrate on these 3 factors then your stroke will become extremely consistent. Once you can reliably hit 100 balls in a row then you are ready for more attacking strokes. If you can hit 1,000 balls on in a row then you know you've truly mastered the stroke.
