How do i do ma lins forehand?

P.S. i am a penhold and i like your penhold tutorial

Hi Feldman,

The first thing is to add 15 years of hard work and training. He has a fast swing and very good technique. I think the best thing for youis to watch as much of Ma Lin hitting his forehand as possible. This is an effective way of speeding up the learning process.

Watch carefully his start and finish positions. See if you can video your shots and see if there are differences.
