Can you please create a demostrational video on looping?

Hi Jack,

We will put that one on the list.  But as a starting help, your action is more vertical than for a standard topspin and your contact is fine to really brush the ball upwards and generate a lot of spin to get that high looping action on the ball.

I thought Forehand Loop was the same with Forehand Topsin.

Yes, though Jack just needed an explanation. The topspin can have various forms from lots of forward motion to lots of vertical motion that some people refer to as a loop. I just don't think we need to get too caught up with definitions.

when and where is the contact?  i see people hitting the ball quite low and it loops up onto the table with incredible top spin and speed.

You can hit the ball later if you want to get an arcing trajectory on the ball.  Good for a slower ball.  If you want to hit the ball faster then hit it at the top of the bounce.
