Strokes
hi alois and jeff,
in your own free video lesson on fh topspin vs block what exactly is jeff doing with his wrist? also does the stroke come forward-upward to the impact point and then go upward fully ,or...?
thanks
Hi Shripathi,
I the wrist comes through evenly before and after he hits the ball. Don't try to do too much with the wrist on the forehand. It may become an awkward movement if you force it through. As you develop the stroke the wrist will relax more and come through more naturally.
