I had a break of 8 months from table tennis but now from july i have started again and now i learnt the forhand topsin but due to such a long break i have forgotten the forehand loop or kill which is very important for a third ball attack what should i do to get back the forehand loop.

Hi Swaraj,

Just allow yourself to adjust and practice it often.  They are the keys to improving the stroke.  Don't try too hard, just let it come back to you.

is the forehand loop played with a straight arm

You can start with your arm quite straight but you finish with it in a bent position.  Take a look at our lesson on the Forehand Topspin Off Backspin.
