Hi i want to ask that when i hold racket why dont feel comfortable with my forehand I am not able to move my wrist for forehand can you help me in this matter ? plz

Hi Kamran,

Try holding the bat a bit lighter in your hand.  This will relax your wrist and allow you to move it more freely.  You should just hold the bat tight enough to keep it in your hand.  If you squeeze too hard it will tighten all the muscles in your hand, wrist and forearm.

When you dont feel comfortable with holding it lighter, forget your wrist at your forehand and use your forearm like the chinese.
