Hi Alois,

This is uzair,

1. I am playing table tennis since last 2.5 years, but my forehand is not really good still. Tell some trick regarding to improve my flick.

2. I am using pre made racket of butterfly (Timo boll 2000) now I want to upgrade my racket. Can you please guide my which one I have to buy.

Hi Uzair,

For the flick one of the key things I find helps is to get the wrist back at the start of the stroke.  Then look at using a little topspin to help to get the ball on the table.

As a guide to upgrade your racket I would go for an all-round type blade with a slower rubber such as Mark V.  We have the PingSkills Touch with Mark V as an option.
