Hi ,Rosario.

I watched your videos but I dont understand two things:

1.Is there light moving of the wrist down to up in the ball-contact ?

2.Is there light close of the racket at  the ball -contact?

Or whole moving is only of the elbow (forearm), arm and body ?

Thank you in advance.

Hi Il,

There is a small relaxed movement with the wrist. You don’t need to force the wrist through but let it relax and move through with the motion of the stroke.
