Hello,

My contra balls got a half topspin on it. My trainers are saying that i must learn the basics to aim good with my topspin. Because if i try to aim with my forehand the ball has got a half topspin on it. And no control so the ball always come to the middle of my partner. So i really want to know how to put control with also no spin on it to learn the table tennis basic forehand strike.
