Forehand chopping slaps

Strokes

When someone normally loops one of my chops I can get it back quite easily. Where I struggle is when I'm forced into giving back a ball with no/little spin and my opponents slaps it far to my forehand making a chop or loop difficult at best. My blade is slow so just the bounce doesn't carry. What should I do in this situation?

Hi Darcy,

Most choppers find this more difficult.  Try to push your bat more forward and get your stroke more horizontal rather than vertical that you would if the ball had topspin.
