hi alois nd jeff,

i can play a bh punch against almost any topspin but can u tell me anything about a forehand counterhit against topspin to put them out of position?

Hi Shripathi,

You can play a forehand block to a topspin ball.  It is the same principle as the backhand block.  Firstly take a look at the lesson on the Forehand Block that we have in our free lessons.

You can also take a look at the lesson we have on how to Counter A Spinny Topspin.  This will give you some options to play against a topspin ball especially on the forehand side.  This is an advanced lesson for those who have the basics right.  Handle with care...
