i am good at forehand block but i am not able to block forehand while playing match

Hi Abhishek,

If you are able to do the stroke during training it is now a matter of using it more in matches and also keep training it.  There are levels of competence with strokes,  The first level is to be able to do it in training.  A later more advanced level is to be able to incorporate it into a match.  Keep working along the skill line and you will get to being able to do i tin matches.
