Hello Alois Rosario my week point is my forehand I keep missing my forehand topspins but when I play a match I sometimes get my forehand right but when the ball comes to my backhand when I always topspin the ball always goes in. When a high ball comes to my forehand I keep missing I don't know why? Can you help me to improve my forehand by what I should do. I need some practices to learn services and how to receive services and where should I plays the ball while serving . I hope you can help me with these problems.

It is important to keep practicing your forehand technique so that it becomes automatic. The important thing with the forehand technique is the finish position. Keep working on getting this right.
The higher forehand can be tricky. You need to make sure that you move into position to make this ball. Move back a little so that you can move into the ball. Also start with your bat higher and get your bat to move more forward rather than up.
Keep going with your practice and it will all improve.

The direction of your serving can vary a lot. One of the good places though is close to the net and low so that your opponent can't attack first.
