Forehand and backhand rubber

My rubber is ternergy 05 and baracuda. I have trouble choosing which rubber that is suitable for my forehand and backhand. Please help me to choose.

Hi Khang,
I would put the Tenergy on the forehand. It is a very fast rubber.
