Dear Coach,

I have a question about the forehand and backhand techniques. What are the three components of Forehand, and what are the three components of backhand.

Hi Sha,

The start finish and contact pints are the key components that we stress.

Take a look at the tutorials on the Forehand Counterhit and the Backhand Counterhit.  These will show the 3 points we talk about.
