Coach, when i forehand they will block my forehand so i want you to teach me how to stand by to reply the ball.

Hi Muhamad,

If they block your forehand, look at being balanced enough to make the next forehand topspin.  Being balanced will help you greatly with this.  A lot of players try too hard with their strokes so they will throw themselves off balance with their stroke and not be ready for the next one.

Strawberry Flick

The strawberry flick is the opposite of the banana flick and involves utilising the wrist to get the ball spinning with topspin and sidespin. Used in conjunction with the banana flick it can be very deceptive. The banana flick is a more reliable stroke and that's why you see more top players using it over the strawberry flick.
