hi thanks for tips. louiza here.

One more problum in my game. When i serve and do a backhand or forehand attack to the wide forehand i stay on my backhand side and i also go far from table . My drives don't have power for this reason. What kind of practice can I do for this problem.

Hi Louiza,

You need to practice your footwork movement.  Work on moving across the table quickly so that you are not forced away from the table.  Do a lot of footwork drills practicing the movement first slowly.  Then start to speed it up and finally make the placement more random so that you also need to anticipate where the ball is going and move to the ball.
