Strokes
Hi Alois
I am a player with a fairly good basic strokes during training but I always have horribly bad basic strokes during match or random play. Now should I focus on match strategies first during match/random play with friend or just focus on my strokes and play as stable as I can. How about in a match because on every training session my school coach will force us to play matches and being a newcomer (I just entered the school, secondary one, this is what they call in singapore), almost all of my seniors are stronger than me. They will give me 3-5 points depending on their skill lvel and losers will need to do punishments like planking and running. I hate these things so how to beat them also what should I focus on (strategy or strokes)?
