How do you make a flick on a short backspin ball?

How do you handle the deep ball right in front of you, especially if it has a backspin?

Hi John,

If the ball has backspin you need to be careful when flicking and adjust for the backspin by opening the racket angle.  You can also use the sidespin flick to deal with it.

Take a look at these tutorials on the Backhand Flick and the Banana Flick.  I think these will help you.
