I am able to do some video analysis of myself playing and was wondering what are the criteria I should be looking for when trying to find weaknesses, also are there tests we can do on strokes to see how consistent we are at them.

Hi,

Try to count how many strokes you can do in a row.  This is also a good test on consistency and a test of the quality of the stroke.

Go through the things we have in the Vault.  You can do this self analysis as well as on opponents.
