Hi Eirik,

Firstly I don't recommend getting a really fast rubber.  It is more important to get the techniques correct and this is really difficult to do with a fast rubber.

Tenergy 05 is used by a lot of the top players in the world so it won't be too slow.  Think about your strokes and perhaps working at using your body more to generate the speed.

Thanks for the kind words about our site.

I think you should buy Mark V rubber. It has good features, I don't have it though. But Alois is right, it hit super fast backhands, infact, if I try to slow spinny loop it, end of story [because of my swing speed,  technique, and wrists]. When I slow spinny loop it, I use my forehand side [but my forehand is screaming to, it's even faster infact].    Thanks,

                                                       Ian.

You also need a bat that has enough spin.

You can use speed glue to.

Speed glue isn't legal any more.  It is best to use the water based glues that are legal now.
