Fast serve

Hi Allyn,

To serve the ball fast you need to get the ball to bounce close to you on your side of the table.  Then make sure the ball is going really low over the net and landing right at the end of the table on the other side.  Try to get the ball moving fast by hitting it flat.  In training make sure you are getting some of them to go even past the end of the table.  You will be surprised how hard it is to do this at first.  Once you can hit the ball past the table you will see how fast you really can hit the ball.
