How can I improve my forehand topspin action as if I hit very hard and the ball goes away.

Hi Gagan,

To increase the speed of your topspin, focus on firstly keeping the stroke the same.  Then think about allowing your bat to come through faster.  You can do this by helping with the legs, waist and wrist.  By getting all of these things to work together you will see that the speed of your bat will increase and so will the speed of your strokes.
