Hi alois,

It is difficult for me to make a point with my backhand if the return is bad(so maybe a little bit high)

My question is what should I do to make a fast, strong backhand topspin, which let me win the point?

Hi Andreas,

You need to get your swing faster.  If the ball is high you can even think about moving around and playing the shot with the forehand.  If you choose to play it with your backhand, start with your racket higher and flatten out the contact.  Because the ball is higher you don't need as much topspin to get the ball over the net.
