Hello,

I am a beginner table tennis player. There is no society around to get training. So I practise on my own and sometimes with a friend. Can you show me some practise of getting better with basic forehand and backhand hitting and also defending at home?

Hi Bobby,

We have a tutorial on Practicing Alone that will give you some ideas.

Also follow the tutorials in the Basic Strokes section to see the strokes and how to learn them as well.
