Hello, Alois

I'm planning on buying a table tennis racket. My choice now is Yasak Ma Lin Carbon, one of very popular blades, DHS Hurricane 3 neo for forehand and yasaka pryde for backhand. Is it a generally good combination? What skill will it require from me?

As a background on this question: I've been playing TT for several years by now. It is not professional, just 1/2 hour every working day. My more advanced opponents say I'm getting pretty good. My favorite strokes are those with strong spin. Top-spin, back-spin, and my very favorite ones are side-spins.

Thanks in advance,

Kirill

Hi Kirill,

They sound like reasonable options.  You will probably find a bit of an increase in speed but with some training and controlled practice you should be able to get used to it.
