Hey coaches,

How do i make my training more efficient? I can't afford a private coach and can only play about 3 times a week with each session being about 2 hours due to schooling.  I play with my dad on my personal training sessions but he isn't all that consistent and is not used to the modern training schemes. How can i improve faster then?

Thanks

Hi Jack,

I think a good solution for you is to train your Dad to feed multi-ball.  His skills don't have to be very good to give you some really solid training.

You will then be able to get some really good training.  The 3 sessions of 2 hours is enough for good improvement if you are working hard throughout the session.

It is really important to spend each minute of your sessions working hard and focusing on something you are trying to improve.

Alois, my dad is strugling with on table warm ups and drills! Do you have idvice, like blocking to different positions, returning topspins or counterhits, and staying in the rally. Please help!

                                                     Thanks.

I think teaching your Dad to feed multi ball would also be a good solution for you.

Hi Jack,
