I’m a beginner..do u think its better to make our stroke shorter for efficiency and better recovery or longer for more power?

Hi Bahtiar,
I think to start with make sure you are doing the stroke fully. You don’t have to do it fast but get the full movement from start to finish that we focus on in our lessons. As you advance you can start to shorten the swing and make it more efficient.
