Coaches,

Is it okay if i use other sticking materials (like colored electric tape or sticker paper) as an alternative t.t edgetape?

Hi Patrick,

Yes that is OK to use. There is no problem in using other types of tape. The main thing is to make sure it isn't too wide and covering your rubber surface.

Foam edge tape gives the most protection. Cheers

I find that using two layers of edge tape really protects the edges of my rubber..before a friend gave me this tip my rubbers started looking quite bad after a month or so because I tend to hit the table slightly quite often while short pushing
