What serve should a beginner use that is effective maybe fast, topspin, backspin or sidespin and how ?

I think the easiest serve to start with is the Pendulum serve. If you do a bit of a search on our Ask the Coach questions you will see lots of tips on this serve.
You will soon be able to get an effective serve that will really trouble your opponents.
