Is there a video on contacting the ball earlier,  body position,  how to get & out away after contact ...?

Hi Andy,

I don't think we have a video on this...

The main thing to consider is to keep the hitting position in relation to your body the same.  That is if you want to contact the ball earlier then move your body closer to the table.
