Hi,

how to do you tell if a lob is near the net such that I can do a drop shot? Thanks!

Hi Hao,

You need to watch the ball.  The more you do the quicker you will be able to judge if the ball is coming closer to the net or not.  Eventually, as soon as your opponent hits the ball you will get a feel for how long it is going to be.
