Hi Alois,

I'm sorry to pressure you guys about my try-out questions, and also this is also about my try-out, what are the drills that I should do before match , and how do I improve my confidence because I'm having trouble when I'm having a match (I get nervous).

Thanks, Joshhua

Hi Joshhua,

Keep working hard at your game.  Just before a match think a lot about your serve and return of serve drills.  These are the important things that will help you especially in a  match situation.

For confidence, just focus on doing the things that you do well.  Don’t try to do anything exceptional in a tournament or match.  Trust your training.  We also have a few lessons on Sports Psychology that we are adding to the site.
