I heard that if you triple bounce your serves in practice then in a game because you are tense it will double bounce. Is this true even for topspin serves?

Hi Thomas,

This is a good guide to pracitising your serves.  This will apply for the topspin serves as well.  It is really diffiicult to get topspin serves that short because they bounce forward with the topspin.  Keep working on them and you will improve.
