Does weight of the bat affect my style

Hi Alois and Jeff,

Yesterday my father bought me a new bat. It was a Double Fish 4A-C. I compared it with my old bat, and it was heavier than my old bat.  I haven't tried it in a practice or in a game.  So does it affect my strokes and consistency much?

Thanks a lot! Regards, Archel

Hi Archel,

It shouldn't effect you too much.  After a week you probably won't even know the difference.  Give it a try.

Choosing a Table Tennis Bat

Make sure you buy a table tennis bat that is suitable for your level and allows you to develop your technique. For your first bat we recommend the PingSkills Rook, and when you upgrade to a custom bat we recommend the PingSkills Touch with Mark V or Rakza 7.

Great, I was able to play normally again even before a week played with my new bat. Thank you very much.
