Hi Alois,

So, where I play the players are not that strong compared to me. I therefore am thinking that why not have 2 people play against me using doubles rules. But then again I am not sure if that will make it harder for me or even easier than before.

So what do you think? If this way they do not become stronger than before, is there any way where I can play 2 against 1 type of game to make it harder for me?

Thanks.

Hi Chandrachur,

It is more difficult to play as a doubles than singles if you have to take it in turns.  If the two players can either hit it and get used to doing that then they can provide better practice.

Forehand and Backhand Counterhit

In lesson 4 we work on the important forehand and backhand counterhit strokes. These are the basis for much more powerful strokes you will develop in the future. We start slowly and then work our way up to a 30 second challenge to see how many strokes you can hit in this time.
