What are different types of skills and how are they done ?

The best thing is to go through our lesson pages.  The first page to look at is the page on Strokes and techniques.  Here is the link to it. http://www.pingskills.com/table-tennis/strokes-and-technique/.

Work your way down the page of lessons.  If you do that you will start to learn the skills of the game.
