Hello,

Currently I'm using Barracuda 1.8 on bh with an all blade. I'm using this rubber for two seasons now but the ball flies too often into the net or over the table. I use the same rubber on my fh (no problems) and like to play with topspin and loop. Few questions:

- I've a Sriver L 2.1 m. Is this a good replacement to improve bh topspin and loop. According to some reviews sriver is not designed for heavy topspin and backspin (pro level)?

- Are there easier tensors than Barracuda?

Thx

Hi Peter,

The first thing is to just check that the BH rubber still has grip.  Rub your finger across the surface and see if there is as much grip as the FH side.

I would give Sriver a try.  It doesn’t have as much spin as other rubber but it still is a high quality rubber that was used to win World championships not too long ago.
