Hey coach,how can I defend backspin chops?

Hi Surja,

I think the best thing is to play a topspin stroke.  Take a look at our lesson on the Forehand Topspin Off Backspin.  If you can work on the stroke, you will be able to dominate the defensive player.

If you do want to remain defensive then you can Push the ball back as well.
