Coaches,

I have a problem on blocking loops. can you give some tips for this?

Hi Patrick.

Firstly take a look at our lessons on the Backhand Block and Forehand Block.  If this is all comfortable for you then you can also take a look at the more advanced techniques that we show you in how to Counter A Spinny Topspin.

It is often a matter of touch when dealing with a good loop.

Forehand Flick

When your opponent plays a short ball to your forehand, you can play an attacking stroke by using the flick. This stroke is also known as the flip.
